Key Responsibilities
Build performance management processes and manager training
Improve engagement programs and manage company-wide engagement tools
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and maintain policies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HRBP experience and current PHR or SPHR certification
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, particularly California laws
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with both hourly and salaried workforces
Experience building performance management programs
