The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive technology architecture that aligns with DIVIETO Ristorante Groups business objectives. This role involves overseeing enterprise systems design, integration, data architecture, cloud strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, IT teams, and department heads to ensure the technology ecosystem supports the companys growth, compliance, and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and roadmap.

Assess current technology infrastructure and define long-term strategies to improve performance, scalability, and security.

Lead architecture planning for digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS, and cloud migration.

Ensure integration and interoperability among corporate applications, data sources, and third-party systems.

Establish architecture governance practices to maintain alignment between IT projects and business strategy.

Collaborate with software engineers, IT operations, and data teams to design efficient, secure, and scalable systems.

Identify opportunities for process automation, data optimization, and cost reduction through technology.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and vendors that align with enterprise objectives.

Support disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and compliance planning with IT leadership.

Produce architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical standards for reference and training.

Lead technology modernization efforts and mentor cross-functional teams on best practices.

Qualifications

Required :

Must reside in the United States.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid U.S. Work Permit.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).

3+ years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise systems, or solution design.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.

Proven experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, POS, etc.) and integration frameworks (API, ESB, middleware).

Solid knowledge of data architecture, security protocols, and software development lifecycles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience working in the hospitality, retail, or restaurant industry a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

Certification in TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.

Experience with digital transformation in multi-location businesses.

Familiarity with BI and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Understanding of IT governance and compliance frameworks (SOC, PCI, GDPR).
