We are currently hiring aFull-Time Physical Therapist (PT)to join our growing team inBradenton, FL, serving patients throughoutManatee County. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, we welcome all levels of experience to apply!

Position Overview

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes. Youll work one-on-one with patients to create and implement personalized care plans while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on individualized care plans

Develop measurable goals in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary team

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home safety

Accurately document visits and progress reports in a timely manner

Communicate regularly with team members and participate in case conferences as needed

Qualifications

CurrentPhysical Therapist (PT)license in the state of Florida

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

New grads and experienced therapists are both encouraged to apply!
