Tax Expert Advisor

Job Description : This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a dedicated local service expert in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis.

The role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a trusted advisor, you will empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting the companys mission.

You will serve customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products.

Leverage your tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support.

Demonstrate understanding of each customers unique situation and connect with them on a personal level to alleviate stress.

Whether assisting with simple W2 filings or complex tax scenarios like business income, amendments, or investments, you will serve as the go-to expert for clients.

Play a key role in growing the client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty.
