  • Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous and passionate Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The Detailer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards before delivery to customers.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenance :
  • Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, shampooing, and waxing.
  • Inspection :
  • Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repairs and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Equipment Operation :
  • Use various cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company practices and safety guidelines.
  • Record Keeping :
  • Maintain accurate records of detailing services performed, including any issues noted during inspections.
  • Customer Interaction :
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns regarding vehicle appearance and care.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques, products, and trends to enhance the quality of service provided.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or detailing certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing, cleaning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor imperfections in vehicle appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
