Senior Manager - KYC Operations

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager KYC Operations to lead our KYC onboarding and periodic review teams. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring we onboard and maintain sub-customers (i.e. customers of our customers, such as platforms) efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.

You will oversee a team of Team Leads and their respective operational teams, driving performance against well-defined speed and quality metrics, while supporting our commercial teams in their growth objectives. This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of operational leadership, stakeholder management, and process excellence.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes both a base salary and equity in the form of RSUs. Base salary ranges are location-dependent :

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 plus RSU's.
