As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll :

  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring plans, and guide decisions.
  • Source and attract top talent across commercial and technical roles using personalized, high-impact approaches.
  • Leverage tech and data to optimize hiring workflows (Greenhouse & Workday) and drive smarter decisions.
  • Collaborate globally to evolve our recruiting processes and embrace AI-powered hiring.

  • This is a new headcount role within People Operations.
  • You'll be joining a tight-knit team of 5, all local to Denver.
  • No travel required, but monthly onsite meetings and quarterly team gatherings are encouraged.

    Compensation : Qualified candidates can expect a base salary between $74,000.00 and $92,000.00.
