A company is looking for an ABA Intake & Authorizations Admin Assistant - Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the client onboarding process and ensure accurate documentation and communication
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and families, providing customer service and information about services
Manage authorizations and coordinate with funders, including handling Treatment Authorization Requests and maintaining client records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Intake, Authorizations, or Administrative role within an ABA or mental health agency
Experience with funder authorizations and client intake processes
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Spanish bilingual skills are a must
