The salary increases to $560,000 after two years and to $606,000 after four years. - The medical group also provides full benefits including : health, vision and dental insurance, paid malpractice, eight weeks time off and a week off for CME (plus $5k for expenses), 401K / 403b plan + CAP plan, and shared call rotation. - A 1099 compensation model is negotiable.
