Role Overview

Our client, Deloitte, is seeking a UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant to join their HR Transformation practice, which is a key part of their Human Capital Consulting team. This role involves working on UKG platform implementations, focusing on workforce management modules.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation, with knowledge of the Boomi integration layer.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects, including analysis, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Engage in requirements gathering, client workshops, and meetings.
  • Design work efforts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience with HR and WFM functions, including UKG modules and integration layers.
  • Experience with full project lifecycle, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and client interaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • External consulting experience.
  • Experience with other HRIS implementations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

    • Additional Information

    The role offers a salary range of $131,175 to $218,625, depending on experience and qualifications. The position can be based in multiple US locations, with potential for remote work depending on client needs.
