About The Position
Join a thriving and patient-centered practice in San Bernardino, CA , where you'll have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages - from children to seniors - in a collaborative, outpatient-only setting. We're seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) who is adaptable, compassionate, and excited to be part of a supportive team committed to quality care.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient only - no hospital responsibilities
- Diverse patient panel - pediatrics through geriatrics
- Realistic daily volume : 11-14 patients per shift (target up to 25)
- Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
- Phone call coverage only, shared one week / month
What We're Looking For
