Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interaction while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to the guests’ needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
- Make fantastic drinks
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from the servers or directly from guests.
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and equipment.
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate.
- Keep bar area clean
- Develop customer relations / meet guest expectations
- Manage costs (know how to pour consistently)
- Follow company policies and applicable laws
- Quality maintained always!
