Seeking a Purchasing Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator in the Ann Arbor MI area. Must have excellent communication skills, be tech savvy and experience in order processing. Only candidates who qualify will be considered. Role is onsite with one day remote. Pay up to $22 / hr.
Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to :
- Handling large volume of requests for items to be sourced / quoted.
- Communicating with the customer to ensure that their expectations are met.
- Effectively communicating to coordinate quoting process including :
- Problem solving along with follow up and follow through
- Negotiation of new vendor terms
