Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization.

Job Description

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts across multiple industries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • 401(k) : [details]

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across industries such as hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Maintain and update client information using EPIC software.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and claims as needed.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using EPIC software and working as a generalist across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
