A respected and dynamic law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, financial services disputes, and insurance defense .
Responsibilities :
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines
