The Role : We are hiring a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our full-time team. You will deliver preventive care, educate patients on oral health, and collaborate with dentists and assistants to provide comprehensive treatment. This role is in-person only.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct dental assessments and document patient histories

Perform cleanings, periodontal treatments, and apply preventive agents (fluoride, sealants)

Take prescribed dental x-rays and record findings

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and nutrition

Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment outcomes

Support the team in handling dental or medical emergencies

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Stay current through continuing education and best practices in dental hygiene

What We’re Looking For :

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene

Active Dental Hygienist license (state requirement)

Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Proficiency with dental technology and record systems

Strong communication and patient education skills

Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work under pressure

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning
