job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFinancial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Reconciliations : Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy. General Ledger Maintenance : Ensure that the general ledger is accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations. Month-End Close : Lead and assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate data preparation. Process Improvement : Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting procedures and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ad-Hoc Projects : Provide accounting support on special projects and reporting as needed. Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience : 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus). Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting and reconciliations. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain financial data in a clear and concise manner. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
