Responsibilities :

The Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Government project and perform the following duties :

• Review the current strategic plan and progress on goals
• Perform and assessment of the organization
• Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
• Identify best practices to generate operational outcome-focused measures and metrics
• Create high perfoming team framework
• Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
• Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
• Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
• Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
• Perform interviews with senior leaders
• Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
• Develop and present the final assessment report
• Work remotely
