Position Overview
The Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) Staff Officer II will support the Counter Proliferation and Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate within the Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP) Office under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This role involves providing comprehensive support in the preparation and coordination of briefings, reports, and policy recommendations related to counterproliferation efforts of chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons.

Job Responsibilities and / or Success Factors
Education and Minimum Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen with an active TS / SCI Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience producing reports and briefings in the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC).
Minimum of 3 years of experience working to counter the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems, as well as related technologies.
Skills and Competencies :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare comprehensive briefings and reports.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
