Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will focus on building custom solutions to support complex business operations across multiple lines of business, leveraging your expertise in Apex and related technologies to create robust workflows and integrations that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop complex Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows tailored to four distinct lines of business, incorporating niche practices, contract variations, and country-specific complexities to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize Apex to build specialized business workflows, tools, and capabilities, integrating subsystems for sub-business units to enable comprehensive business functionality.
• Architect data structures, perform data mapping, and manage ingestions from third-party sources, combining them with internally entered data (e.g., from or resumes), while incorporating third-party modules such as Bullhorn and TalentRover.
• Create and package custom solutions for deployment on the Salesforce App Exchange, expanding support to a fifth line of business through scalable, integrated applications.
• Implement complex integrations with external systems, ensuring high-performance connectivity and data flow across diverse ecosystems.

The rates mentioned in this posting represent only the base hourly, monthly, or annual pay and exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, where applicable. Beyond base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.

The pay range for this role is :

125,000 - 150,000 USD per year(ZRG PARTNERS LLC NY)
