• Other Details : Medical oncology is seeking a full-time physician (MD / DO) for a locum tenens assignment due to turnover and vacancy. The role consists of day shifts from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no call and scheduled clinic hours only. Full and temporary privileges are available, and there is no minimum experience requirement or geographic restriction. The provider will work in a clinic setting with 20 infusion rooms, supported by a team that includes registered nurses, medical assistants, RN navigators, a physician assistant, a nurse practitioner, a social worker, licensed practical nurses, front desk staff, and a patient financial advocate. The position requires board certification, proficiency with EPIC and Beacon EMR systems, and the ability to treat most cancer types. The provider will not supervise advanced practice providers but will provide resident or teaching supervision.
