Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Product team and work cross-functionally to support client launches and ongoing technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates client meetings as a product subject matter expert, supporting demos and translating business needs into technical requirements

Leads technical scoping and manages client implementation processes, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities

Maintains documentation for implementation processes and identifies opportunities for product improvements and scalability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as implementation or customer success

Experience with digital health or employer-sponsored insurance is strongly preferred

Proven ability to execute against client requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Comfort working with internal tools or configuration systems in a technical capacity

Interest in hands-on product management and data experience
