Responsibilities of the Attorney I :
Under general supervision of the Chief Staff Attorney, this position will participate in the assistance of planning legal and administrative activities for the Legal Department on a regular basis. Will assist in various legal tasks related to writing legal documents and memorandums, conducting legal research to include public utility law and administrative law issues. Minimum and Additional Requirements
A Juris Doctor degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Must be a member of the South Carolina Bar Association within six (6) months of employment.
Additional Requirements :
