A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist II to support customer retention and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Define and negotiate complex contractual terms to enhance customer contracts and relationships
Collaborate with Sales to manage contract setup, compliance, and execution from deal approval to invoicing
Identify customer requirements and upsell opportunities while maintaining an accurate forecast of renewals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in contract administration, renewals management, or related fields
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers in a high growth technology company
2+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred
Ability to create new processes and initiatives for strategic business growth
