Job Title : Senior Oracle APEX Developer (Expert)

Job ID : 25-10066

Location : Raleigh, NC

Duration : 06 months of contract

Client is seeking two seasoned Oracle APEX Developers with 6+ years of hands-on experience in APEX and Oracle Database development. This role focuses on building secure, scalable applications and integrating with enterprise systems using REST APIs and SSO (Entra ID / Azure AD).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and deploy secure, modular Oracle APEX applications
  • Develop advanced PL / SQL procedures and optimize database objects
  • Integrate with external systems using REST, JSON / XML
  • Implement SSO with Entra ID and OCID
  • Support GitHub / GitOps workflows and DevOps automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead solution design

Required Skills :

  • 6+ years in Oracle APEX and PL / SQL development
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle DB (12c / 19c+), RESTful services, and JavaScript
  • Strong application security and performance tuning experience
  • Proven SSO integration (Azure AD / Entra ID)
  • GitHub / GitOps expertise and client-facing communication

    • Preferred :

  • Experience with OCI (ExaCC), CI / CD pipelines, and APEX plug-ins
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CIPA, FERPA, HIPAA)
