Director Collaboration & Messaging

As the Director Collaboration & Messaging, you will lead the global strategy, product ownership, and operational delivery of PVH's collaboration and messaging ecosystem. This includes Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online & on-prem), SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and key third-party productivity solutions.

In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with Global Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and Business stakeholders to define and execute a forward-looking strategy that enables modern digital collaboration, accelerates AI readiness (including M365 Copilot), and drives PVH's workplace transformation goals.

You will lead a distributed team across the US, Netherlands, and India, fostering an agile, inclusive, and delivery-oriented culture.

What You'll Do :

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and own the global strategy for collaboration and messaging technologies in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and PVH's business priorities.
• Shape the roadmap for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and messaging tools to support digital innovation, scale, and security.
• Lead PVH's readiness and enablement for AI-powered productivity, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring appropriate data architecture, governance, licensing, and business enablement strategies are in place.
• Contribute to PVH's modern workplace transformation, supporting hybrid work, seamless collaboration, and user-centric technology experiences.

What You'll Bring :

Pay Range : $143,200 $193,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
