Job Title :   RN MedSurg / Tele

Job Requirements :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in a hospital setting.

Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals, symptoms, and responses to treatments.

Interpret telemetry readings and identify cardiac rhythm changes or abnormalities.

Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and perform wound care and other clinical procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care instructions.

Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR system (such as EPIC or Cerner) and maintain compliance with hospital policies.

Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical support as needed.
