Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a PRN Coach Counselor at Tampa Residential, Tampa, Florida

Tampa Residential Facility (TRF) is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require substance abuse, major disorder, and intensive medical services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program.

Pay

Pay $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• As a PRN Coach Counselor, you work on an as-needed basis and may not exceed 20 hours per week.
• You will provide security and supervision to ensure the safety of our youth.
• You will monitor and document behaviors, supervise Youth during sports and recreation time, and assist and mentor the youth as they learn and develop within the program.
