Human Resources & Operations Specialist West Point, GA Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a versatile Human Resources & Operations Specialist  in West Point, GA to join our team.
  • This hybrid role blends HR support with operational oversight, requiring a professional who can effectively manage employee relations while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and capable of balancing administrative precision with hands-on leadership in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership to foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into both HR and operational processes.
  • Validate and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accurate submission of hours for payroll processing.
  • Assist with employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and adherence to production timelines.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including safety, compliance, and skills development programs.
  • Monitor operational metrics and workforce performance, recommending improvements for efficiency and employee engagement.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
