About the Role As a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) , you’ll represent national nonprofit organizations at local events, community initiatives, and outreach campaigns.

You’ll connect directly with the public, raise awareness for meaningful causes, and help generate lasting support for mission-driven programs.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, goals, and impact stories Build relationships that encourage donor engagement and community awareness Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns and fundraising events Represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-ups, and public activations Maintain a professional, positive, and compassionate approach in all interactions Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are :

  • Excellent communicators and active listeners Outgoing, approachable, and team-oriented Passionate about social good, community service, or advocacy Organized and adaptable in public-facing environments 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No prior experience required — we’ll train you!

Preferred (not required) :
