Overview

We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Private Investment Fund / Investment Management Associate for their Stamford, CT office.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund sponsors on drafting and negotiating core fund documents (placement memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and side letters).
• Review fund and co-invest documentation for institutional investors (experience is a plus).
