Regional Entry-Level CDL-A Driver

Entry-level Class A driving position that pairs new drivers with an experienced mentor. Assigned to a dedicated refrigerated route with 100% no-touch freight and a bi-weekly home time schedule.

Compensation : Mentorship lasts approximately 4–6 weeks on the road with a mentor; training pay of $650 per week during that period. After training, pay is $0.60 per mile. Typical weekly mileage ranges from 2,800 to 3,000 miles. Pay is provided on a bi-weekly home time schedule.

Equipment & route : Dedicated refrigerated (reefer) position handling 100% no-touch freight. Late-model Freightliner Cascadia provided. Regional coverage within the western five states.

Primary responsibilities :

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.
• Transport refrigerated freight on assigned routes, handling only no-touch loads.
• Follow assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions.
• Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required documentation.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
