Sales Representative - Roofing

Your Mission : Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Generate new leads by knocking on doors in key neighborhoods.

Roof Inspections : Safely climb and inspect roofs to assess conditions, identify damage, and provide accurate evaluations.

Customer Relationships : Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, providing them with key updates and information throughout their roofing claims or repairs.

Sales & Consulting : Recommend repairs and upgrades, and provide high-quality roofing solutions.

Continuous Learning : Become a roofing expert by staying updated on the latest industry trends and materials through our comprehensive training program.

Time Management : Independently manage your time, ensuring you can meet with customers for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience : Prior customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred. Prior roofing sales or construction experience is a plus.

Personal Skills : A professional appearance, strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a focus on customer service.

Physical : Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 pounds) and safely climb and inspect roofs.

Essential :

Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

An operational smartphone.

A ladder that will reach at least one story.

Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the office.
