Junior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Systems Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and provide training programs and curricula using various instructional media and tools

Conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate content and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance

Functional understanding of Instructional System Design for training products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Visio, Excel, Word, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional System Design / Analysis or similar technical degree (preferred)

5+ years of experience in instructional systems analysis, design, and development
