Our Customer is looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join our growing Digital Product team. This role is central to optimizing operational systems, streamlining integrations, and advancing our business intelligence capabilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product, you’ll play a key role in ensuring technology solutions improve efficiency, reduce costs, and empower smarter decision-making across the business.

Essential Job Functions
- Partner with Operations and Product teams to identify, document, and resolve WMS and backend system challenges.
- Support software analysis and requirements for operational implementations (EDI, shipping methods, WMS systems, automation).
- Troubleshoot data transfer / API issues and serve as a bridge between vendors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of technical needs.
- Design, execute, and manage system testing and validation (particularly in sandbox environments for WMS and supply chain systems).
- Support and contribute to integration projects with external vendors.
- Conduct detailed business intelligence and data analysis, identifying risks around customs duties, postage fees, and other expenditures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical system requirements (Quickbase, CMMS, and other tools).
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues related to fulfillment and operational technologies.

4+ years of experience supporting or implementing software systems (preferably in product management or business analysis).4+ years combined experience in WMS, supply chain technologies, EDI implementations, or similar domains.Hands-on experience with software testing and validation in Agile environments.Strong understanding of API functionality, with the ability to interpret and communicate technical details.Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.Compensation : $105,000 - 110,000 base salary DOE, plus an excellent benefits package & yearly 10% bonus
