The Residential Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the residential facilities, supervising and assisting care team member in helping clients / residents work toward goals leading to independent community living. The residential program Manager uses critical thinking skills to evaluate situations, analyze information and make decisions in line with the mission, vision and values of MBH along with compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires 80% administrative tasks and 20% direct care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive experience in the field.
• License / Certifications : MHRT-II or higher certification is preferred, or eligibility to receive MHRT-C Certification. Valid driver's license and appropriate level of automobile liability insurance.
• Experience : 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred. 2+ years of experience working with the chronic mentally ill is required.
• Qualifies by DMHMR / SAS as "other qualified mental health professional."
• Able to pass driving safety standards as set by the insurance company.
