Position Purpose :
The assembly table lead position will be responsible for delivering actions in support of overall department goals. Ensuring the quality of our products meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. The table lead is also responsible for training / developing associates and driving process improvement.
Skills :
Assembly of products using hand tools
The ability to direct / lead people in your designated area
Capable of following printed instructions
General math skills
Education :
High school diploma or GED
