The EN / VR Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of innovative online training modules in support of the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) marketing, recruitment, and program knowledge objectives. This position specifically supports the creation of e-learning content for Beneficiary outreach, the Help Line, and the EN / VR Help Desk, ensuring program stakeholders are equipped with the information and skills necessary for success. The ISD collaborates closely with subject matter experts, program managers, and outreach teams to deliver engaging, effective, and accessible training solutions aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements :
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and have 5–7 years of instructional systems design or equivalent e-learning development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing e-learning for government programs, demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design processes, and proficiency with e-learning technology and tools.
