A company is looking for a Payment Workflow Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review trip records for accuracy in payment posting and alignment with contractual agreements
Identify and correct errors in payment postings and document changes for record-keeping
Conduct quality assurance checks on payment posting processes and investigate missing payments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in medical billing and basic accounting principles preferred
Strong experience with payment posting and deposit reconciliation
Proficiency in Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and perform 10-key data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour)
