At Spex, we don't just make seating, we 'Shape Better Lives' — for wheelchair users, clinicians, and our global network of partners.

We're on the hunt for a passionate Product Trainer and Educator who's ready to inspire, educate, and empower. You'll be the face of Spex in the U.S., driving clinical excellence and changing mindsets around what's possible in complex rehab seating.

Your Mission

To educate and support dealers, ATPs, and wheelchair-prescribing therapists — showing how our innovative seating technologies transform clinical outcomes.

You'll deliver hands-on training, guide product trials, and represent Spex at industry events across the U.S.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) that spark "aha" moments — empowering clinicians to achieve breakthrough results.
  • Support dealers and reps in the field, ensuring they're confident configuring and adjusting Spex products for even the most complex postures.
  • Drive clinical success stories by assisting with real-world product trials and sharing insights from the field.
  • Represent Spex at trade shows, expos, and educational events — becoming a trusted voice in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create blogs, videos, and case studies that share our mission of shaping better lives.
  • You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Are a clinician, ATP, or seating specialist who thrives on hands-on work and education.
  • Have 4–5 years of experience in complex rehab, mobility, or therapy (adult or pediatric).
  • Can confidently lead training, communicate technical details clearly, and build trust through authenticity and empathy.
  • Are self-driven, organized, and love being on the road meeting people who share your passion for helping others.
  • Believe in innovation, integrity, and excellence — and have the energy to live those values every day.
  • Why Spex?

  • Because we don't settle for "good enough."
  • At Spex, we lead with visionary thinking, fuel our culture with loyalty and integrity, and celebrate those who go the extra mile to make life better for others.
  • This role offers not a job — but a platform to grow, to lead, and to make a lasting impact across the U.S. rehab industry.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and travel benefits
  • Continuous professional development and global learning opportunities
  • A chance to join a world-class team on a mission to revolutionize wheelchair seating
  • Ready to Shape Better Lives with Us?

If you're an educator at heart and a clinician by trade — with a passion for innovation, people, and purpose — we'd love to meet you.
