Job Title : Rheumatology Physician (MD / DO) - Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Fellowship-Trained in Rheumatology Location : New Hartford New York Job Type : Full-time About the Position : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatology Physician (MD / DO) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be board certified in Internal Medicine and fellowship-trained in Rheumatology, with a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care for patients with rheumatic diseases. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatologic conditions, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoarthritis, and other autoimmune diseases Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress Perform and interpret diagnostic tests related to rheumatic diseases, such as joint aspiration and biopsy procedures Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on managing rheumatologic conditions and promote long-term health Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to compliance and quality standards Qualifications : Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Board Certified in Internal Medicine Fellowship training in Rheumatology Active and unrestricted medical license in New York or ability to attain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits : Competitive salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid malpractice insurance and continuing education allowances Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative environment
