Manager, Data Architecture & Engineering

We're hiring a Manager, Data Architecture & Engineering ! This hybrid role combines hands-on engineering / architecture with team leadership. You'll design and optimize cloud-native data platforms (Snowflake experience a plus), ensure secure and scalable data flow, and partner with our analytics team to power insights and innovation.

Preferred candidate will be based out of our Stevens Point, WI headquarters or our Milwaukee, WI office , following our hybrid schedule (in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

In this role, you will :

• Design and optimize Snowflake-based architectures and data pipelines.
• Lead a talented team of data architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Partner with analytics, IT, actuarial, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive governance, security, and compliance (including HIPAA).
• Foster innovation through automation, cloud-native tools, and continuous improvement.
