Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with expertise in stucco and exterior finishes for mid- and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, bid preparation, and value engineering, with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for stucco / exterior scopes on mid / high-rise projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to assess constructability and cost impacts.
- Track market pricing, material costs, and labor rates to maintain competitive bids.
- Lead pre-construction efforts, offering insights for budgeting and project planning.
