Position
The Administrative Assistant II is a developing professional who is expanding their capabilities in higher-level administrative and support functions. This role involves performing complex, repetitive clerical, secretarial, and data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Execute advanced clerical tasks including typing, filing, dictation, and data entry.Verify quality of work and perform routine calculations.Prepare forms, reports, sketches, and diagrams.Operate various office equipment and use personal computers to compile reports and orders.Maintain daily production reports and assist visitors.Coordinate travel arrangements and office space logistics.Support presentation development using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Track, maintain, and report on various inventories.Manage complex calendar integrations and scheduling for large groups.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Required Skills &
Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWord, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio and OneNote are a plus).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Experience using electronic calendaring systems for scheduling.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a specialized or functional area.Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
