Title :  Salesforce Technical Lead

Location : Norwalk, CT - hybrid onsite

Salary Range : $45 - $50 / hr

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader with extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce clouds and the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Candidate should have 8+ years of expereince
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Data Loads, LWC, and Aura Components
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and support activities
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with 5 years in a technical leadership role
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Aura component development
  • Strong experience with CI / CD, version control using Git / GitHub, and deployment tools like Gearset
  • Experience working in a multi-shore model (onsite-offshore), with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Gearset and GitHub for source control and release management
  • Experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence for project management
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations

  • Lead technical design and architecture discussions for Salesforce solutions
  • Mentor and guide development teams in best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
