Lead Clinical Psychologist Psychological Testing & Evaluations Milwaukee, WI Full-Time or Part-Time Monday Friday 8-Hour Shifts In-Person Only $120,000 $150,000 annually + Relocation Bonus About the Opportunity An exciting new start-up in Milwaukee is seeking a Lead Clinical Psychologist to spearhead its diagnostic and psychological testing services. This is a unique opportunity to join from the ground floor and help build a practice focused on delivering high-quality psychological evaluations and care to children and adults in the community. As a psychologist in this role, you ll play a key part in shaping the clinical approach and infrastructure, performing comprehensive evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, IQ, PTSD, and other neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions. The organization is passionate about early diagnosis, access to care, and supporting families through accurate testing and individualized recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments using evidence-based tools and clinical interviews Interpret results and generate detailed, high-quality reports with clear diagnostic impressions Communicate findings and recommendations to patients and caregivers Collaborate with a growing multidisciplinary team and contribute to practice development Maintain detailed, timely, and confidential documentation Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in psychological assessment Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the state of Wisconsin Experience with autism evaluations and other psychological assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of standardized testing tools and report writing Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range : $120,000 $150,000 depending on experience Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and parental leave Flexible scheduling options (full-time preferred; part-time considered) Opportunities for professional development and practice leadership Be a part of something from the start.
