Overview

Entry-Level Behavior Technician (Part-time) in Orange County, California. Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. The role focuses on applying ABA techniques to help clients develop essential skills, improve communication, and gain independence. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Implement personalized ABA techniques in various settings (homes, clinics, schools).
  • Collect and track accurate data to monitor client progress.
  • Participate in therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Available Monday–Friday, approximately 10–15 hours per week, between 1 : 00 pm and 7 : 00 pm (ideal candidates).
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
