State Licensed Patient Support Nurse

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas and maintain accurate records

Establish trust and rapport with patients and caregivers in a telephonic setting while counseling on product use and insurance coverage

Coordinate financial options for patients in need and participate in program-specific meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states

Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus

Two or more years of experience in the Psychiatry Therapeutic Area

Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing is preferred

Experience and comfort with a digital CRM are required
