Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of land development and civil site projects
• Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and designers
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles
• Ensure quality standards, budgets, and timelines are consistently met
• Participate in business development and help grow the Charlotte office presence
