Right now, they’re looking for a natural leader, someone who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and taking ownership of their work.

This isn’t just a "run-the-programs" type of job. This is about being the go-to person, helping shape process, quality, and team standards, while staying hands-on with the kind of complex parts that challenge and sharpen your skills.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You :

The Technical Side (We Keep It Simple) :

You should have a solid machining background and feel confident programming and running CNC mills and lathes. If you've led teams, quoted jobs, and worked with exotic materials, that’s even better. Most importantly, you bring calm confidence and a passion for doing things right the first time.
